摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fluid flow control accuracy by surely closing a valve hole even if the axis of a rod is slightly inclined to the axis of the valve hole in a valve device in which a cover forming a valve chest to which a valve seat is faced in a space up to a body is connected to the body having the valve seat, a valve element capable of being seated on a valve seat is mounted on a rod connected to an actuator to rush into the valve chest, and the rod is energized by a spring in the direction of separating from the valve element from the valve seat. SOLUTION: A through-hole 53 for gently penetrating the rod 35 is provided in the central part of the valve element 40, and an annular seal member 55 surrounds the rod 35 to be brought into resilient contact with the valve element 40 at an opening edge of the through hole 53 on the opposite side to the valve seat 46. The seal member is disposed between a seal receiving member 54 fixed to the rod 35 and the valve element 40.
