PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an ordinary temperature-curable, elongatable top coat material which gives a coating film excellent in the balance of elongation and weather resistance with stain resistance and exhibits an excellent cure speed. SOLUTION: The resin composition for an ordinary temperature-curable, elongatable top coat material comprises (A) a silyl group-containing ethylene/α- olefin/non-conjugated polyene random copolymer rubber having a constituting unit derived from a terminal vinyl group-containing norbornene compound, a kind of a non-conjugated polyene, and bearing a hydrolyzable silyl group in the molecule, (B) a silane compound and (C) a curing catalyst.
