PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a press bar adjustable without step. SOLUTION: Hooking bars 30 and 31 are fixed on the upper and lower sides of the back end part of the press bar 26 and the upper side hooking bar 30 is provided on the back face side of a slide plate 29 and the lower side hooking bar 31 is provided on the front face side of a slide plate 29 and the upper and lower hooking bars are brought into press contact with the slide plate mutually from the opposite directions by the own weight of the press bar 26 to hook the press bar 26 on the slide plate 29 and to fix and hold it thereon.
