PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing member for sealingly packing a content such as a mushroom having its moisture evaporated, showing a superior holding characteristic of the content as well as a superior wasting characteristic after its use and preventing its outer appearance from being damaged by moisture evaporated from the content. SOLUTION: This packing member sealingly packs a tray 1 having the content evaporating moisture with a packing bag 2. The tray 1 is formed by a sheet material constituted such that an outer surface side plastic layer 3, a card board layer 4 made of water-repellent paper and an inner surface side plastic layer 5 are laminated in sequence. A half-cut slit 6 is formed ranging from the outer surface of a bottom wall of the tray 1 to the card board player 4 through the outer surface side plastic layer 3, and the packing bag 2 is comprised of an anti-dim film.
