PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranging and filling apparatus which is free from a fear of breaking rodlike objects and which can speed up filling. SOLUTION: The arranging and filling apparatus includes a plurality of movable cylinders 11A and 11B for alternately receiving the rodlike objects dropped and cast from one position at a receiving position P1, a support plate 30 for supporting the objects in the cylinders 11A and 11B from a lower part, a moving mechanism for horizontally moving the cylinders 11A and 11B between the receiving position P1 and a discharging position P2, and a vibrating mechanism for applying a vibration to the rodlike objects in the cylinders from a bottom by vibrating the support plate.
