PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body floor structure capable of specifying a deformation mode of a floor without depending on a collision state. SOLUTION: The floor is formed of at least four parts of a tunnel part, a plane part for occupants, a car width directional deformation allowable part and a side sill part in the car outside direction from the vehicle width directional center, and the cross-sectional center of the side sill part is arranged so as to be offset in the vertical direction from the cross-sectional center of the other plane part, and a rigidity and strength adjusting means is arranged for increasing upper wall rigidity in the vicinity of the side sill part among upper and lower walls except for a side sill more than lower wall rigidity and increasing the lower wall rigidity distant from the side sill more than the upper wall rigidity.
