PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid fan blade reformed, by reducing concentration of stress and reducing exposure of a filler metal connection surface. SOLUTION: A fan blade 10 includes a metal blade-shaped part 14 having a pocket 34 arranged in a first side surface 16 of the fan blade, the pocket includes a filler 38 bonded thereto. The pocket includes a plurality of cells 34b divided by a corresponding rib 36 buried in the filler.
