PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator which can be miniaturized and can increase thrust with the same power consumption. SOLUTION: The control valve equipped with the electromagnetic actuator 71 that is equipped with a cylindrical case 73 in which flange 73a is installed, a coil part 74, a center post 75, a plate 76, a sleeve 77 and a plunger 78. The sleeve 77 is made of nonmagnetic material and formed a hollow cylinder with basal plain whose internal diameter is the same diameter as the inner flange 73a, and a guard 77a is crooked outside, and fixed at the step part which is formed inside flange 73a at the guard 77a. The coil part 74 is equipped with an inner cylinder whose internal diameter is same as the sleeve 77 outer diameter, and the inner cylinder is installed in the case 73 with the condition that is inlaid by the sleeve 77 and held tight between the inner flange 73 and the plate 76. The biasing spring is installed in the plunger 79 between the plunger 78 and the center post. |
