PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch in which deformation and breakage of a rotary body on the driven side can be prevented. SOLUTION: This clutch comprises an annular collar 31; a rotary body 35 on the drive side in a given angle position on the inner side of the collar 31 with an axially extending protrusion part 42; a rotary body 29 on the driven side provided on the inner side of the collar 31 with a shaft part 29a situated coaxially with a rotary body 35 on the drive side, and an engaging protrusion 29b extending radially externally from the shaft part 29a in a manner to be capable of being peripherally engaged with a protrusion part 42 and having a control surface 41 in which a distance between the collar 31 and which is changed in a rotation direction and which is formed on an outer end face in a radial direction; and a rolling body 32 situated between the control surface 41 and the collar 31 and rotated together with the rotary body 29 on the driven side when the rotary body 35 side on the drive side is rotated, and blocking rotation of the rotary body 29 on the driven side with the rolling body nipped between the control surface 41 and the collar 31 when the rotary body 29 on the driven side is rotated. The rotary body 29 on the driven side is provided with a reinforcing rib 29d of the engaging protrusion part 29b so that the side surfaces in a peripheral direction of the engaging protrusion part 29b peripherally adjoining each other are linked together. |
