PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a durability of a structure to a heat cycle, which is provided with a nitrided substance formed on a base substance including at least metallic aluminum. SOLUTION: This heat-resistant structure comprises a base substance containing at least metallic aluminum and a nitrided substance formed thereupon. The nitrided substance principally consists of aluminum nitride phase and metallic aluminum phase. The nitrided film preferably includes at least one metallic element selected from 2A, 3A, 4A or 4B group in the periodic table. |
