PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sodium copper or iron chlorophylline, or the like, which can maintain an anti-microbial property for a long time, has excellent practicality, and is used to obtain various useful articles that can maintain the anti- microbial property for long periods on their daily employments. SOLUTION: This sodium copper or iron chlorophylline (B) is characterized by being extracted from a plant and having a chemical structure fast to solar light. For example, pulp (3) and an aqueous pigment solution (4) which contain the sodium copper chlorophylline (B), respectively, are produced by replacing magnesium in chlorophyll contained in the leaves of a plant with copper, subjecting the product to an alkali hydrolysis reaction (step S1), separating (step S2) the produced residues (1), further subjecting the obtained residues to a weak alkali treatment (step S3), and finally subjecting the product to a squeezing treatment (step S4).
