PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has high potential by electrification and sensitivity, whose various characteristics do not vary, and performance is stable even when repeatedly used. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor, has a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating material and a charge transferring material as components on an electrically conductive support. The photosensitive layers contains at least one of phthalocyanine compositions, each having a specific crystal structure as the charge generating material and at least one of hydrazone compounds, each having a specific structure as the charge transferring material.
