PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles which have a frame consisting of goggles (1) including a pair of lenses (10) on the right and left, a pair of miters (3) disposed to protrude backward from both right and left ends of the goggles (1) and a pair of the temples (2) connected to these miters (3) and turning in directions attaching and detaching to and from the goggles (1) and enables a user to open the frame by turning the temples (2) 90 deg. from the goggles (1) without using both hands. SOLUTION: The connecting segment of the temples (2) and the goggles (1) are provided with stoppers for limiting the turning range of the temples (2) to a range from the posture along the goggles (1) to the position where the temples are turned perpendicularly therefrom. The temples are provided with energizing means for energizing the same in a direction where the temples are turned perpendicularly.
