PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector in which an elastic body is interposed between two pairs of surfaces, namely, one pair of surfaces on an arraying member for fitting and aligning two optical connectors to be connected with each other, and the other opposing pair of surfaces on the housing of the two optical connectors. SOLUTION: In the optical connector that has a tubular housing with a square cross section, it is provided with the square tubular arraying member 7 consisting of a bottom wall 72 that constitutes a reference wall, one side wall 73 that constitutes a reference wall orthogonally crossing the bottom wall, a top wall 71, and the other side wall 74. This optical connector is integrally formed with the top wall elastic member 75 on the top wall 71 and with the side wall elastic member 76 on the other side wall 74.
