PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device capable of adjusting easily the lower limit position of the bottom rail. SOLUTION: The device is composed of an adjusting member 8 which has at least 2 step adjusting positions and a supporting member 9 which supports the adjusting part 8 at a specified adjusting position. A bottom rail 6 is supported by the adjusting member 8 of which the length is made adjustably by the supporting member 9.
