PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete slab allowed to be used for a large span while reducing the weight, and capable of reducing axial force and earthquake force in structure design and decreasing load to a foundation. SOLUTION: A pre-cast concrete plate 7 is formed by burying the lower parts of plural H-steels 1 arranged side by side at designated spaces in a lower concrete layer 3. The pre-cast concrete plates 7 are carried in a construction site, and supported by supports to be set in a designated slab position. The pre-cast concrete plate 7 is taken as a form for placing of concrete, and concrete is placed to burry the upper parts of the H-steels projected over a void material with the void material interposed in a space up to the lower concrete layer 3, thereby forming an upper concrete layer.
