PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work for assembling a form and arranging beam reinforcements in a construction site so as to improve work efficiency in the case of providing a step of a floor, and to integrate a slab of a habitable room with a slab of a bathroom so as to reduce the time required for laying half pre-cast plate in the construction site. SOLUTION: A step part 8 made by full pre-cast is integrally formed on a floor slab 7 formed by the half pre-cast plate.
