PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a seismically isolated residence with an external floor such as a garage, a terrace, a pilotis, etc., to be annexed as a residence originally and even an internal floor in dirt-floor specifications such as a built-in garage, a shop or the like by base-isolation supporting. SOLUTION: Not only a building body (26) is supported onto a foundation in a base isolation manner through seismically isolated elements (22) but also the external floor (27) annexed to these elements (22) and building body (26) and the internal floor in dirt-floor specifications such as the built-in garage are supported through the elements (22).
