PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structural material allowed to be simply replaced while keeping the form as a structure in replacement without special knowledge, a wall panel using the panel structural material and a wall storing the wall panel. SOLUTION: In a panel frame 20, a wall 4 is formed by combination of a plywood 9, a panel structural material where a heat insulation board 10, an aluminum plate 11, a heating element 12, an aluminum foil 13, a reinforced film 14, an aluminum foil 15 a gelled liquid material 16 and a reinforced film 17 are sequentially superposed, and a wall panel 2 formed as one unit by storing a jointly wall and 21 and a heat insulation board 22.
