PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a carrying pitch of each measure cup 12 as the cup 12 rapidly drops by a pressure of ejected air from a nozzle 32, resulting in improvement in casting efficiency of an object to be packaged into a container. SOLUTION: A carry track 11 formed of a belt conveyer 10 carries numerous measure cups 12 at equal longitudinal distances. The measure cup 12 at the head at an end of the track stumbles onto a bar 13 protruding on the track, reversely rotates and then drops along the inside of a vertical guide cylinder 14 which hangs at this position. Since timing of air ejected from the nozzle 32 is aligned with the reverse rotation of the cup 12 at the head, the cup 12 rapidly drops in the vertical guide cylinder 14 by the pressure of the ejected air and casts the object to be packaged in the cup 12 into the packaging container 39 located below by collision inertia against an annular fixed stopper 36 on a downstream of the guide cylinder 14.
