PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure by reducing the number of parts of a pallet carrier which holds, carries and dumps the pallets. SOLUTION: There is provided at rear body 14 of the carrier a hold frame 19 which is constituted in horizontal posture with up and down freedom by lift cylinder devices 21, 22 installed respectively at the fore and the rear of the rear body, and the rear end of the hold frame 19 is connected to and held by the tip of piston rod 22a at the rear cylinder device 22 through a hinge pin 30 connected to the tip part of the above piston rod 22a, and the hold frame 19 is constituted to be freely rotative and movable upward and downward with centering the hinge pin 30 and there is provided a dump cylinder device 36 for making the hold frame 19 rotate.
