PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding case and a storage structure capable of mitigating the shock applied to a roll staple. SOLUTION: This roll staple holding case comprises a flat plate part 3 and a side plate part 4 for supporting the flat plate part 3 at a predetermined level, a storage recess 31 which is protruded downwardly for storing the roll staple is formed on the flat plate part 31, a shock-absorbing recess 34 protruded further downwardly from the bottom part is formed in this storage recess 31, and a lower end 34a of the shock-absorbing recess 34 is formed at the level with a space from the lower end position of the side plate.
