PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera without any possibility of entering of external light from a paper ejection port to expose the photosensitive surface of printing paper and entering of foreign matters such as dust into a camera main body from the paper ejection port. SOLUTION: This electronic camera with a built-in printer is equipped with the paper ejection port 125 for ejecting the already printed paper Pb and provided on the upper surface of a case 121 as seen from the front of a camera main body 100, a protective sheet 130 provided so that its base end 131 is fixed at the inner part of the port 125 and its free end 132 is rolled in the case 121 in a roll state by its own elastic restoring force, and provided so that its free end 132 is extended by its leading end when the paper Pb is ejected to the outside of the case 121 so as to cover over the photosensitive surface of the paper Pb, and an opening/closing cover 140 where one edge of a rectangular plate body 140a is pivotally supported to freely turnably with respect to the case 121 so that the port 125 can be closed from the outside of the case 121 when the sheet 130 is rolled and housed in the case 121 in the roll state.
