PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample adjusting device and a method for removing filtrate droplets from the under side of a membrane. SOLUTION: In this device and this method, a liquid is removed from the downstream side of hollows, such as hollows of the membrane or a porous plate. In detail, the device has a sucking structure for directing droplets of the liquid in the separating direction from the membrane communicating with the plural hollows. In a preferable execution form, the sucking structure is placed in a manifold.
