PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit capable of performing a load leveling action and a shock absorbing action by controlling a double action cylinder of a suspension for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A pair of solenoid valves controls supply of pressurized hydraulic fluid from a supply line to a cylinder and from the cylinder to a tank return line to lift and drop a vehicle for a load leveling. Chambers of cylinders are connected each other by a check valve, an orifice and a relief valve arranged in parallel. The cylinders are connected to an accumulator by another parallel structure body comprised of a check valve, an orifice and a relief valve. A double action cylinder can operate as a passive shock absorber by these structure bodies arranged in parallel. In a preferable application condition, a lock out valve is provided not to perform a shock absorbing action and to provide a remarkably firm suspension.
