PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular fertilizer in which the amount of powder originated from the granular fertilizer and the mixing of the powder in the coat are limited, and the lowering of the physical properties of the coat and the loss of elution property due to the mixing are minimal. SOLUTION: The problems are solved by obtaining a coated granular fertilizer in which the surface of a granular fertilizer containing urea containing formalin is coated with a coating agent.
