PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable condensation preventing structure for lead wires which is capable of preventing condensation on the lead wires, even when the lead wires taken out of a refrigerating space into a heat insulating space are pulled out immediately into a print substrate receiving unit at the back side of an outer casing. SOLUTION: The structure for pulling out the lead wires 5 to a print substrate receiving unit 7 formed on the rear surface side of the outer casing rear plate 4a from the refrigerating space through the heat insulating space is provided with a retaining unit 12 on the back surface of the inner box 3 to retain the lead wires 5, pulled out of the refrigerating space 2, while a heat dissipating pipe 20 arranged in the insulating space along the rear plate 4a of the outer casing is contacted with the lead wires 5 in the retaining unit 12.
