PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the operator of an asphalt finisher safe by eliminating a sudden shock in the emergency stop of the asphalt finisher. SOLUTION: In the emergency stop device 11 of the asphalt finisher wherein the emergency stop signal transmitted from an emergency stop button 12 is input into a controller 13, and the flow rate of the pressure oil of a hydraulic pump 14 and the hydraulic motor 16 connected to the hydraulic pump 14 is restrained by the control signal of the controller 13 based on the emergency stop signal through a control valve 15, and a tire 17 connected to the hydraulic motor 16 is braked, the tire 17 is controlled by the controller 13 based on the emergency stop signal and the detected signal from the detection sensor 18 so that the speed of the tire 17 is reduced to a specified reduction speed according to the travel state by providing a sensor 18 to detect the travel state of the tire 17 in the tire 17 and connecting the sensor 18 to the controller 13. |
