<p>A modular tapping system, in which a tapping plug is used, with which the tapping volume can be determined both on the basis of the tapping time and on the basis of the tapping volume. This tapping plug is provided with a contactless identification label, with which it is possible to identify, besides the price category, also the beverage type, and in which, if required, other logistic information can also be stored. The tapping plugs can be sealed to the bottles by means of thermoseals and can be fastened to the bottle both by means of a flexible stopper and with a screw cap. When tapping, the identity of the operating staff member is recorded in order that a check on result and sales can be carried out. For the aeration of the tapping system and the bottle nitrogen is used to protect the beverage against oxidation and decay. The beverage container of the tapping system is symmetric in shape, so that a slightly inclined position has no influence on the tapping accuracy. <IMAGE></p> |
