PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble an air bag device, directly wrapping it with a webbing so as to quickly and stably inflate and develop an air bag by accurately positioning a rupture part of a trim cover to the inflating position of the air bag to effectively apply the inflating pressure of the air bag to the webbing without being influenced by the other material of the trim cover, a pad part, or the like. SOLUTION: The seams forming the rupture part 8 of the trim cover 7 are provided within a plane of a side face cover part 7b. Two webbings 9, 10 of little elongation are provided inside the trim cover 7 by positioning one end of each webbing to the rupture part 8 of the trim cover 7 and individually sewing each webbing to cover parts 70, 71 on both sides through the rupture part 8. One webbing 9 is wound into the bottom part side from one side part of the air bag device 1, and the other webbing 10 is put on the front side of the air bag device 1 and wound into the bottom part side from the other side part to directly wrap the air bag device 1 with two webbings 9, 10 from the rupture part 8 of the trim cover 7. |
