<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the intensity analysis every kind of X-ray energy was impossible in the prior art. SOLUTION: The analyzer comprises a plate-like photoelectric conversion material 1 for generating quantities of electrons and holes corresponding the energy of an absorbed X-ray, a planar counter electrode 2 and a pickup electrode 3 sandwiching the conversion material 1, means for applying a voltage to the conversion material 1 via the counter and pickup electrodes 2, 3, means for controlling the magnitude of the voltage applied from the voltage-applying means, means for detecting the quantity of electrons or holes generated by the conversion material 1 and arrived at the counter electrode 2 or the pickup electrode 3, and a means for analyzing the intensity of an X-ray incident on the conversion material 1 every a plurality of energy regions, based on the quantity of electrons or holes detected by the detecting means regarding the magnitudes of a plurality of voltages applied from the voltage-applying means.</p> |
