PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of waterproof floor for embedding an electric heating wire at a prescribed position reliably by press forming. SOLUTION: While an adhesive sheet 2 is arranged between upper and lower nonwoven cloth layers 1, and at the same time, an electric heating wire 3 is arranged between the adhesive sheet 2 and one of the nonwoven layers 1, the adhesive sheet 2 is melted by heat pressing, and the upper and lower nonwoven cloth layers 1 are bonded by the adhesive sheet 2 via the electric heat heater wire 3, thus forming a heat unit 4. Forming by adding heat and pressure is made between a forming material 5 for forming the front and that for forming the rear via the heater unit 4 using upper and lower molds 6 and 7.
