PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatograph column for refining a sample including a multicomponent organic compound such as each isomer of dioxins or the like simply and quickly, and being provided for analysis such as mass spectrometry or the like, and an analysis pretreatment method of an extraction liquid of the dioxins for refining the extraction liquid of the dioxins simply and quickly. SOLUTION: In this chromatograph column, a preceding column 1 and a subsequent column 2 are formed connectably and detachably, and sulfate silica gel is filled in the preceding column 1, and activated carbon silica gel and/or graphite carbon are filled in the subsequent column 2. In this analysis pretreatment method of the extraction liquid of the dioxins, the preceding column 1 and the subsequent column 2 are connected by using the chromatograph column, and after injecting the extraction liquid of the dioxins into the preceding column 1, a linear saturated hydrocarbon is injected into the preceding column 1 and discharged from the subsequent column 2, and then the preceding column 1 is detached from the subsequent column 2, and alkylbenzene is injected into the subsequent column 2.
