PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary sliding door system which is capable of opening/ closing the entrance/exit while rotably sliding and which is not equipped with a hanging wheel and an upper rail on which the hanging wheel travels. SOLUTION: A guide rail 4 is horizontally fitted to a depth panel 2b and a door panel 1 is fitted to the tips of the upper and lower arm 6 of the U-arm that is pivotted near a doorway 9 and the side edge of the door panel is connected with a slider 5 that is fitted loose with the guide rail 4 through a joint.
