PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for retaining cold or heat of a drink filled in a bottle or the like, can or the like, a sake bottle, a glass, a beer mug, a tea cup or the like for a long time by constituting a double structure of an outer container and an inner container and filling ice water or hot water between the containers. SOLUTION: The inner container (2) made of a material having a high water resistance and heat resistance, having a hole and capable of being removed is disposed inside of the outer container (1) made of the same material and a lid (3) is applied.
