PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled box for a newspaper stocker which is formed of a paper material such as a fiber board, easily assembled without using any stoppers of incombustible materials on a joining part of riser panels, transported in a developed condition without assembly during the carriage, incinerated as a combustible material in the disposal, and environment-friendly without generating any harmful substances in the incineration. SOLUTION: This paper assembled box for the newspaper stocker or the like comprises a front panel, a back panel and both side panels rising from a peripheral edge of a bottom panel via each folding part. Flaps are formed on both ends of an opposing panel of a pair of the front panel and the back panel facing each other or a pair of the side panels facing each other. A pair of >=2 insertion holes are formed in the flap with predetermined intervals therebetween at least in one part, a tongue-like insertion piece formed of the same paper material is continuously provided on the other panel part overlapping the flap, and the tongue-like insertion piece is inserted in the insertion hole to assemble the box.
