PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a climbing device on a vehicle without increasing a whole weight. SOLUTION: A ladder 29 can be used with a status that a left frame 28 and a right frame 22 of a roof carrer 12 are removed from a vehicle body 10 when the ladder 29 is needed. On the other hand, the left frame 28 and the right frame 22 are composed with a part of the roof carrier 12 by attaching them to the body 10 when the ladder 29 is not needed.
