PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface processing method of nuclear power plant structure and a nuclear power plant capable of lowering corrosion potential of the nuclear power plant structure, regardless of the presence of injection of hydrogen. SOLUTION: On the surface of reactor water side of the reactor power plant contacting reactor water, electroless plating liquid, containing an initiation material converting to at lest one of electric insulator and an oxide having oxygen ion diffusion characteristic in grid, is brought into contact.
