PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cover body fitted on the neck part of a hollow container made of a material different from that of the cover body, wherein when the container is discarded after use, the hinged cover can be easily separated from the container. SOLUTION: An inner cover body having an unfair unsealing preventive construction wherein a grip piece is provided on the upper surface of a cover part so as to be torn off is fitted on a neck part 1a of a hollow container 1 filled with liquid, and an inner cylinder wall fitted on a fitting cylinder part of the inner cover body and an outer cylinder wall in close contact with the outer periphery of the neck part are connected by a flange like top wall part to form a hinged cover. A cover part 6 is openably connected to the outer cylinder wall of a fitting cylinder part 5 of the hinged cover through a hinge part 8, and the hinged cover is fitted and fixed on the neck part of the hollow container, and end parts of a vertical weakening line 9a and a peripheral weakening line 9b are provided on the outer cylinder wall of the cylinder part 5, whereby a hinged cover body 7, which can be torn off by gripping the cover part to pull it upwards, is formed. |
