PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffractive optical device which can maintain optical performance and to provide an optical system which uses the above device. SOLUTION: The device has a diffractive part where the optical path is bent by diffraction and a non-diffractive part where the optical path is bent by an effect except for diffraction in different regions on one face of the device.
