PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricant for a jacking method having a small pump load during the feeding of mud in spite of a one-pack type lubricant for an antifriction material and capable of rapidly advancing gelation with the passage of time when the lubricant is injected into a gap between a laid tube and the ground and providing a necessary and sufficient gel strength in a short time without dispersion into the ground and without diluting and diffusing even into underground water. SOLUTION: This lubricant for the jacking method is capable of reducing the jacking resistance by injection into a gap between the laid tube and the ground and is prepared by determining the compounding ratio according to properties of the ground, mixing a water-soluble resin with aluminum sulfate and preparing the lubricant. The resultant lubricant for the jacking method is charged into water, stirred for a required time, dispersed and converted into a gel state to afford an antifriction material, which is then injected into the gap between the laid tube and the ground with a forced feed pump. After the injection, the viscosity is rapidly increased to provide the gel state stabilized even in the form without causing dispersion into the ground and the lubricant exhibits sufficient water stop properties and antifriction functions. |
