PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding body of a resin band and a winding method, capable of dispensing with a paper tube. SOLUTION: Sheet-like liner paper 2 is wound on the outer periphery of a paper tube 5 formed by forming a slit 6, and a resin band 3 is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the liner paper 2 while rotating the paper tube 5 as a winding shaft. Next, the paper tube 5 is contracted and removed from the center of a winding body 1A of the resin band 3, and therefore, a winding body 1 of the resin band 3 is provided.
