PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel stamp not having fear such case that clothing is stained or a lid is lost at the time of carrying and also having no inconvenience when the stamp is taken in and out of a sack or a case. SOLUTION: The stamp with a rotary lid consists of a face-of-seal stand 2 equipped with a stamp housing part 5 housing the stamp 6 such as a penetration seal or the like, and the rotary lid 3 for covering the face-of-seal stand 2. The rotary lid 3 is equipped with the pivotal mounting part 7 formed to the one end of the rotary lid and pivotally mounting the rotary lid on one end of the face-of-seal stand, the stamp housing part covering part 10 extending from the pivotal mounting part 7 to cover the stamp housing part 5, a fingertip inserting space 12 extending from the stamp housing part covering part 10 to the side opposite to the pivotal mounted part 7 to permit the insertion of a fingertip in order to open the rotary lid, and the stopper space 11 formed between the pivotal mounting part 7 and the stamp housing part covering part 10 and rotating the rotary lid by a preset angle to stop the same.
