PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet and electron beam curable resin composition excellent in a curing property, coated film strength and safe to a human body without skin stimulation and bad odor, and to provide an urethane acrylamide and an urethane acrylamide oligomer by using the same. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet and electron beam curable resin composition consists of a hydroxyl group containing (meth)acrylamide shown by chemical formula of CH2=CRCONH(CH2)nOH (R shows a hydrogen atom or methyl group, n shows an integer of 2-4) and the urethane acrylamide having an acrylamide group obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate or a polyisocyanate and a polyol. The urethane acrylamide oligomer, and the ultraviolet and electron beam curing resin compound containing the same are provided.
