PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pressure rotary equipment which can be used for massage of the body in a bath room. SOLUTION: In the water pressure rotary equipment consists of a water wheel 3 which is rotated by water pressure, and a rotary shaft 6 which is rotated through a reduction gear 5, there are provided a cum 12 to be put to the rotary shaft 6, a follow-up moving part 13 which works by an action of the cum 12, and a guiding part 14 which works by an action of the moving part 13, so that the equipment consists of a motion conversion mechanism 11, and a rotary motion of the rotary shaft 6 is converted into a linear reciprocating motion of the moving part 13.
