PURPOSE: To provide a linked structure of wrist-portable information equipment in which a communication cable can be penetrated, rotated, and water- proofed. CONSTITUTION: A communicated hole 206 having a proper diameter is formed inside a fitting part 204b from the neighborhood of the center of a connector mounting hole 205 to the center of a rotary shaft 200 of a butted face 208 of the fitting part 204b and a fitting part 214. Also, a communicated hole 216 is formed inside the fitting part 214b in the same way. As a result, a main body side connector mounting hole 205 is communicated through the two communicated holes crossing the center of the rotary shaft 200 with a functioning unit side connector mounting hole 215. Then, a communication cable is penetrated through them. In this case, a ring-shaped seal member such as an O ring is formed at the communicated hole opening of the main body side hinge piece fitting part. The seal member whose outer diameter is made relatively larger than the inner diameter of the communicated hole, and whose inner diameter is made relatively smaller than the outer diameter of the communication cable is adopted.
