PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lifting of a weather strip produced at a corner part of a door frame by the repetition of opening and closing an automobile door. SOLUTION: The interior-side half part in the vehicular width direction on the bottom surface of an L-shaped die-molded corner part 5C of the weather strip 5 is formed into a recessed surface, and an L-shaped stiffening member 7 is fitted to it. The stiffening member 7 is provided with claw parts 73a and 73b respectively projecting from its horizontal-side and vertical-side edges and provided with a projecting part 72 projecting upward, and the projecting part 72 is inserted into a core punched hole 56 of the die-molded corner part 5C in the fitting. The die-molded corner part 5C and the claw parts 73a and 73b of the stiffening member 7 are mounted by engaging with a retainer 3 of the corner part of the door frame 2, and holder cut-out parts 33a and 33b on both sides of the corner bending center of the retainer 3, respectively. |
