PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-weighted pour-out port device wherein a periphery of an unsealing port can be reliably brought into tight contact with the pour-out port device. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 4 which is inserted into a packaging container through the unsealing port g which has been formed by cutting is brought together with the periphery of the unsealing port g into a cylinder 6 of a mount 2, and the vicinity of the periphery of the port g is interposed between the cylinder 6 and a lower cylinder portion 19. |
