PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an internal pressure from concentrating on a specific heat-sealed region of a pillow-type or solid-pouch-type sealable packaging bag to prevent the bag from being broken at the region. SOLUTION: The packaging bag for sealing is formed with a flap having the same width as that of a bag body on one of surfaces of the bag body wherein the bag body and an end rim and/or a side rim of the flap are sealed by heat-sealing. A recessed part which has not been heat-sealed is formed on at least one of the heat-sealed portions inside the packaging bag including a point where the heat-sealed portion of the side rim of the flap and the heat-sealed portion of the side rim of the bag body intersect with each other.
