PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stole cloth capable of easily achieving various kinds of attaching shapes by using a cloth in a rectangular shape conventionally used for a scarf, a muffler or the like. SOLUTION: Fasteners 23a to 23d and 24a to 24d are attached to four corners and upper and lower inside edges at prescribed distances from right and left both ends of a cloth body in the rectangular shape so that the fasteners 23a, 23b, 24a and 24b attached to the left side part from the nearly center in the longitudinal direction of the cloth body 22 may be unified so as to be male type at the lower side and female type at the upper side, and the fasteners 23c, 23d, 24c and 24d attached to the right side part of the cloth body 22 may be attached so as to be reverse in the positions in the relation of the male type and the female type to those of the left part.
